The Censin da Bea is a typical Ligurian restaurant, made from an ancient mill of 1700: a path through time, between ancient stones, gears of an old mill, presses and a wheel driven by water. We move in the small rooms that open one after another, while the sturgeons continue to swim in the pool next to the tables.
And from the terrace you can enjoy the view of the Impero river flowing towards the sea. It is proposed Ligurian cuisine “homemade”: snails, ravioli, pesto, rabbit and game, alpine cheeses, mushrooms, Ligurian appetizers and much more.
